Offering all levels of Skate Canada Programs. Skaters will earn badges and other incentives as they  learn fundamental skating skills. Sessons are given in a group format and led by our NCCP certified professional coaches. Professional coaches are assisted by our trained Program Assistants. Crowchild Sating Club offers a low student to coach ratio ( max 12:2 ) from Learn to Skate through to Stage 7 and Star Prep; Multi- time slots are available.

PARENT AND TOT: Skater must be at least age 3.    Cost: $115.00 (1 parent/adult to be on the ice in skates with the child)
LEARN TO SKATE: Skater must be at least age 4.     Cost $115.00
CANSKATE: Skater must be at least age 5 or completed the Learn to Skate program.  Cost $150.00

Saturday morning programs
Programs are 9 weeks and run January 3 - March 1, 2009. 
    9:15 - 10:00 AM     Parent and Tot, Learn to Skate, Stages 1-2
   10:00 - 10:45 AM    Learn to Skate, Stages 1 - 3
   10:45 - 11:30 AM    Stages 4-7, Star Prep
   11:45 - 12:30 PM     Parent and Tot, Learn to Skate, Stages 1-2
   12:30 - 1:15 PM       Parent and Tot, Learn to Skate, Stages 1-3

Monday afternoon programs
Programs are 9 weeks and run January 5 - March 3, 2009. 

    4:15 - 5:00 PM    Canskate Stages 1 - 7 and Star Prep
                                (please note Parent & Tot and Learn to Skate are not offered on Mondays)

STAR PREP: Introduction to the Starskate Program for Stages 6-7 registrants. Minimum of 4 skaters needed. Program is 9 weeks .
    Saturdays:    January 5 - March 1    10:45 - 11:30 AM      Cost  $150.00 
    Mondays:     January 7 - March 3     4:15 - 5:00 PM         Cost  $150.00  
    Thursdays:    January 8 - March 5     4:15 - 5:15 PM         Cost  $150.00
                          ( 2 days/week cost: $275; 3 days/week cost: $400)

For the Parent and Tot, Learn to  Skate, and Stages 1-5, hockey/skiing helmets are mandatory. Bicycle helmets are not acceptable.
    

All registrants MUST hold a membership in one of Scenic Acres, Silver Springs or Varsity community associations.  You may purchase your Community Membership this time. Please note that residents of these communities have priority at registration. The CSC reserves the right to cancel any or all programs and will issue a full refund upon program cancellation or will transfer registrant to another program. CSC also reserves the right to increase the group sizes by 2 skaters due to transfers or program demand. Transferring may involve a higher fee charge. Payment is by cash or cheque only.
